📋 Description

• analyze strategic and organizational issues and develop structured, actionable solutions • independently take ownership of work packages within projects and be responsible for their implementation • manage (sub-)projects and act as the primary point of contact for our clients • present results to stakeholders at various levels and support their implementation • actively contribute to the development of new initiatives and offerings • take on initial responsibility for building and further developing client relationships • support the development of junior colleagues within project contexts • contribute to internal initiatives and help build knowledge within the company

🎯 Requirements

• at least four years of experience in management or strategy consulting • have worked independently on projects and taken responsibility for work packages • above-average academic degree in a business or technical discipline • quickly structure complex issues and work analytically and solution-oriented • present confidently in client situations and communicate clearly and persuasively • willing to take ownership of your areas and drive them forward independently • very good German and English language skills • willing to travel as required for projects
