📋 Description

• Manage offboarding processes, including termination calculations and formal approvals • Manage vacation scheduling and electronic timekeeping records • Administer benefits, including meal and food allowances, health insurance, and dental insurance • Manage occupational health and safety processes, including scheduling and monitoring periodic and other medical examinations • Support employees via Slack, email, and phone • Identify opportunities and develop tools and automations to improve the team's operational efficiency and reduce manual work

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in payroll and personnel administration, including terminations, vacation management, benefits, electronic timekeeping, and occupational health • Knowledge of payroll-related taxes and contributions, including FGTS, INSS, and IRRF, as well as government platforms and tools such as Conectividade Social, the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE), and eSocial • Knowledge of labor legislation as applied to personnel administration routines • Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets • Strong data-oriented analytical skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks • Strong organizational skills and a keen sense of urgency and prioritization • Strong interpersonal skills • Familiarity with artificial intelligence and automation tools, such as Claude, Gemini, and n8n • Knowledge of payroll processing, onboarding, internship administration, and other personnel administration functions • Previous experience with Senior HCM • Degree or technical qualification in Human Resources, or coursework in payroll and personnel administration • Knowledge of AI-powered process automation
