• Expert auditor for resident files to determine move-in eligibility. • Audits conducted electronically via a secured web-based portal. • Some travel to conduct audits on premises at the client's location. • Training and continuing education are provided.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in LIHTC affordable housing industry required. • Attention to detail, time management and decision making skills. • Experience in HUD, RD, HOME and Bond preferred.
