📋 Description

• As Head of the Organizing Hub, you will play a key role in digital and telephone outreach. • You will lead a team that uses effective communication strategies and techniques to activate and recruit members for our partner organizations. • Develop and implement effective strategies for digital member recruitment. • Lead and train a team to achieve outstanding results in member recruitment during digital outreach blitzes. • Coordinate and continuously develop the Organizing Hub to drive ongoing improvements and adaptations. • Collaborate with our partner organizations to ensure that our strategies meet their needs and objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing call centers or comparable operations. • Responsibility for team leadership, including both managerial and disciplinary responsibilities. • Experience in performance monitoring to ensure the quality and performance of your team. • Strong communication skills and the ability to conduct effective one-to-one engagement conversations. • Good knowledge of trade unions, their challenges, and their membership base. • Strong leadership skills to motivate teams and drive successful outcomes. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Flexibility, willingness to travel, and the ability to work well in a dynamic team environment.
