📋 Description

• Provide telephone-based advice and support to physicians regarding the memodio app • Build trust and develop long-term customer relationships • Communicate the medical and preventive benefits of the application • Independently manage and follow up on leads in the CRM system • Document all relevant customer conversations and activities • Identify opportunities for improvement throughout the customer journey • Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and the Product team

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in telephone-based medical sales, telesales, or outbound sales of products to physicians (ideally pharmaceuticals or medical devices) • Excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade customers over the phone • Structured, independent approach to work • High motivation, resilience, and a strong focus on closing deals • Confident handling of CRM systems and digital tools • Excellent German language skills at C2 level • Nice to have: Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical sales • Nice to have: Experience in B2B sales or working with physicians • Nice to have: Interest in prevention, digital health, and innovative healthcare solutions
