📋 Description

• Identify and develop sales opportunities in the skilled trades, construction and energy supply sectors • Actively build partnerships • Conduct consulting and sales discussions remotely and on-site • Manage the sales process through to closing • Qualify inquiries • Prepare quotations • Ensure fast, reliable follow-up • Strategically manage and further develop existing customers through up-selling and cross-selling • Negotiate and close framework agreements • Build a referral network • Monitor market and competitor developments • Derive concrete measures for your region • Carefully document the sales pipeline in Salesforce CRM • Work with clear priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in B2B sales (field-based or hybrid), with a proven track record of developing opportunities and closing deals • Basic technical understanding • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Customer-focused approach • Structured way of working • Strong team-player mentality • Confident handling of challenges • Valid Class B driver’s license • Willingness to travel for regional customer appointments • Fluent German (C1)
