📋 Description

• Manage existing retail grocery customers and actively develop customer relationships • Acquire new partners through direct engagement and telephone prospecting • Increase product visibility through prominent placements and displays • Present products on-site and provide professional, solution-oriented advice • Organize tastings and sales promotions • Monitor trends and competitors and conduct market analyses • Regularly report on achievements and market insights • Represent fayn at trade fairs and sales events

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in field sales, ideally in the food sector or retail grocery • Passion for high-quality products and the ability to make a convincing impression • Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and confidence in negotiations • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory • Category B driver's license • Very good written and spoken German • Initial professional experience and a motivated attitude
