• You acquire and develop B2B customers in your region — from craft businesses and construction companies to energy providers. • You provide solution-oriented advice and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing. • You build a strong network within the energy transition ecosystem. • You identify and develop customer potential (craft trades, construction, energy utilities). • You conduct consultative sales meetings (remote & on-site) and manage the process through to closing. • You keep your pipeline accurately documented in the CRM (Salesforce) and work with clear priorities.
• Experience in B2B sales (field sales or a hybrid model) with proven success in acquiring and closing accounts. • Basic technical understanding. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills and a strong customer focus. • Structured working style, strong teamwork skills, and a confident approach to challenges. • Valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel for regional customer appointments. • Fluent German (C1).
