📋 Description

• First point of contact for customers with technical questions and product-related concerns • Receive, analyze and manage support requests through to successful resolution • Provide 1st-level support to customers for hardware and software issues • Deliver remote support via phone, email and remote-access tools • Identify complex problems and escalate them to 2nd- or 3rd-level support • Document support cases, resolutions and recurring issues in the ticketing system and knowledge base • Propose improvements to support processes and assist with their implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable IT qualification • Ideally some professional experience in IT, support, key account management or network and system integration • Enjoy interacting with customers and finding appropriate solutions in challenging situations • Ability to explain technical matters in a clear and understandable way • Friendly and professional demeanor • Structured problem analysis and the ability to independently learn new topics • Willingness to collaborate and actively support the team • Very good German language skills, both spoken and written • English skills are an advantage
