• Serve as a main point of contact for clients, experts, and professionals. • Track deadlines and manage case timelines using digital tools. • Draft pleadings, motions, legal forms, reports, letters, and indexes. • Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings and managing caseloads. • Conduct legal research and summarize findings. • Maintain accurate digital records using Clio and other legal tech platforms.
• Minimum 4 years of law firm experience, including at least 2 years in civil litigation. • Strong working knowledge of Florida courts and e-filing. • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, Zoom, and Clio (Grow + Manage). • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
