📋 Description

• Own Mento’s product narrative • Lead launches that drive enduring engagement • Turn coaching expertise into compelling product stories • Equip customer-facing teams • Drive adoption and expansion • Bring customer and market insight into GTM and Product strategy • Partner with Growth on content and campaigns • Build repeatable AI-first PMM systems

🎯 Requirements

• 6–9 years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B software, SaaS, HR tech, L&D, coaching, employee experience, or another complex category • Strong storyteller and clear writer with strong product intuition • Demonstrated track record of working cross-functionally and externally • Customer-obsessed and data-informed; uses qualitative and quantitative insight to make better decisions • Highly cross-functional; enjoys working cross-functionally, and across leadership levels • Thoughtful about AI with an integrated practice in PMM • Experience in HR tech, L&D, coaching, people development, or employee experience is a plus
