🎯 Requirements
• 20+ years of experience managing customer success/experience teams • Willingness to develop coaching skills • Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically • Self-awareness and high emotional IQ • Comfortable in a constantly-changing startup environment • Minimum of 12+ hours per month for 24+ months
