📋 Description

• Establish and manage all sales functions for hardware and services within a geographical territory. • Plan, organize and manage projects relating to product and service orders. • Sell directly to existing and potential accounts to introduce and close sales of products and services. • Prepare and deliver quotes and proposals; develop and negotiate contracts. • Develop and implement sales strategies and manage sales channels to meet revenue and profitability objectives. • Establish and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, consultants, and distributors. • Act as interface between customers/vendors and internal divisions; assess business needs and recommend solutions. • Develop timely and accurate forecasts and analyze market statistics and trends. • Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans; manage project costs and scheduling; coordinate installations and field service teams. • Prepare project status reports and keep stakeholders informed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum 5 years of electrical industry product and service sales experience and related project management experience, or equivalent education and experience. • Advanced knowledge of electrical power and other power quality related products. • Advanced negotiation skills. • Advanced interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills required to communicate with prospects, customers, employees and vendors. • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in a team environment and on several projects simultaneously. • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and commercial agreements. • Advanced computer skills with emphasis on MS Office products.
