📋 Description

• Oversee all phases of electrical substation projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion • Manage and oversee project design, schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met • Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality control checks throughout project execution • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies • Communicate project updates, risks, and solutions to senior management and clients • Manage procurement of materials and equipment for substation construction • Oversee contractor performance and ensure adherence to project specifications • Resolve technical and logistical challenges that arise during project execution • Document and report project progress, including financial tracking and closeout procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with electrical substation projects • Demonstrated knowledge of electrical systems, substation components, and construction practices • Experience with industry standards such as NESC, NEC, IEEE, and ANSI • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications • Valid US driver’s license • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future
