📋 Description

• Solve whatever the Growth function needs solved this quarter. • Designing commission and bonus structures for our sales agents and account managers • Building role architectures and compensation bands for new functions • Analyzing sales production, conversion, and pipeline performance • Communicate clearly. Write briefs that the exec team reads in three minutes and understands the recommendation, the data behind it, and the tradeoffs.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-7 years of experience in consulting, finance, banking, BizOps, RevOps, FP&A, strategy, or a similar analytical generalist role • Experience with SQL, Power BI / Tableau, or other BI tools • Exposure to financial services, lending, or B2B sales operations • Comfortable with quantitative and analytical work • University graduate. Discipline is open - we've seen this role done well by engineers, economists, finance majors, and liberal arts grads.
