⢠Deliver professional customer support to Croatian- and Slovenian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat in a BPO environment ⢠Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests ⢠Log customer interactions and case details in CRM and ticketing systems ⢠Escalate complex or unresolved issues to internal teams or supervisors ⢠Maintain detailed knowledge of client products, services, and policies ⢠Meet or exceed response-time, customer-satisfaction, and quality-assurance KPIs ⢠Collaborate with team leaders and colleagues across the BPO operation ⢠Participate in training, product updates, and performance coaching sessions
đŻ Requirements
⢠Native or fluent Croatian, spoken and written ⢠Professional or native-level Croatian and Slovenian bilingual proficiency ⢠Valid EU passport is mandatory ⢠Previous customer service, contact centre, or BPO/outsourcing experience highly advantageous ⢠Strong communication skills and ability to handle diverse customer interactions professionally ⢠Reliable high-speed internet connection ⢠Suitable, quiet home working environment in Bulgaria ⢠Proficiency in standard computer applications ⢠Ability to navigate CRM platforms
