🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written) is mandatory • Professional proficiency in English for internal training and company-wide communication • Valid EU passport or valid residency status to work within the European Union • Prior experience in a retail or e-commerce customer-facing role is highly preferred • Strong digital literacy • Ability to navigate complex CRM systems efficiently • Proactive attitude and genuine passion for delivering high-quality service in the fast-paced retail sector
