📋 Description
• Monitor and evaluate content across social media platforms to ensure adherence to community guidelines and safety policies. • Analyze reported content for potential violations, including hate speech, harassment, and policy-breaching media. • Maintain a high standard of quality and accuracy while meeting daily productivity targets in a fast-paced social media environment. • Collaborate with international teams to identify emerging trends in online safety and improve internal moderation protocols. • Provide insightful feedback to the development teams to refine automated detection tools and AI safety models. • Handle sensitive information with the highest level of professional integrity and confidentiality. • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on the ever-evolving policies of the social media industry.
🎯 Requirements
• Native or fluent Greek (spoken and written). • Valid EU passport (mandatory). • Strong command of English for professional communication and reporting. • Keen interest in the social media industry and digital trends. • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make objective, policy-based decisions. • Resilience and the ability to work in a high-engagement, digital-first environment.
