🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent Norwegian (spoken and written) • Valid EU passport (mandatory) • Strong proficiency in English to effectively collaborate within the international office • Keen eye for detail and strong commitment to maintaining online safety standards • Previous experience in social media moderation, customer support, or trust and safety highly preferred • Resilience and emotional maturity to handle sensitive digital content professionally
