📋 Description

• Evaluate and moderate user-generated content within the social media ecosystem to ensure compliance with global safety policies • Collaborate with Generative AI models to refine content classification and identify nuanced patterns and potential risks • Investigate flagged content and reports in Italian to maintain high-quality community standards • Monitor emerging social media trends to improve detection of misinformation and harmful content • Provide feedback and actionable insights to enhance automated Trust and Safety algorithms • Maintain detailed documentation of moderation decisions while adhering to privacy and data protection guidelines • Participate in team sessions to discuss policy evolutions and share best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent Italian, spoken and written • Valid EU passport is mandatory • Proven interest in technology and the social media industry, particularly AI and digital ethics • Excellent analytical skills and sound judgment in complex content scenarios • Previous experience in trust and safety, moderation, or customer experience is highly advantageous • Professional proficiency in English
