📋 Description
• Provide high-quality support to banking clients regarding account inquiries, transactions, and banking products • Ensure all interactions adhere to international banking compliance, security, and data privacy regulations • Resolve customer issues via phone, email, or chat • Assist clients with online banking platform navigation, security verification, and digital banking tools • Process financial requests accurately with zero-error delivery • Collaborate with internal banking departments to escalate complex technical or financial disputes • Contribute to continuous improvement of the service experience within the German-speaking banking team
🎯 Requirements
• Native or fluent German, spoken and written, absolutely essential • Valid EU passport or work permit allowing residency and employment in the European Union • Previous experience in banking, finance, or customer service highly preferred but not required • Strong digital literacy • Ability to work in a remote professional setting within Greece • Excellent communication skills focused on empathy, precision, and financial integrity
