📋 Description

• Provide high-quality technical support to German-speaking clients regarding advanced cybersecurity software solutions • Analyze and troubleshoot security-related inquiries to ensure optimal protection of client data and infrastructure • Maintain a deep understanding of evolving cybersecurity threats to provide proactive advice and incident guidance • Guide users through complex authentication, encryption, and system recovery processes via email, chat, and phone • Document detailed service reports and security incidents to facilitate continuous improvement in service delivery • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve high-priority cybersecurity escalations swiftly and professionally • Educate clients on security best practices to prevent future vulnerabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written) • Valid EU passport (mandatory) • Proven passion for technology and a strong interest in the cybersecurity industry • Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving • Ability to work remotely while maintaining high productivity and professional standards within Greece • Previous experience in technical support or customer service is considered a distinct advantage
