📋 Description
• Provide high-quality support to customers of a global online marketplace, ensuring a premium retail experience. • Assist with inquiries related to product listings, order tracking, returns, and digital payments in the retail industry. • Resolve complex consumer disputes with a focus on brand loyalty and customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with international teams to optimize retail support workflows and maintain service level agreements. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the company’s internal retail management systems. • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that all online and offline retail service interactions reflect our client’s high standards. • Stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends and retail policies to provide accurate, up-to-date information.
🎯 Requirements
• Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role. • Valid EU passport (mandatory) to work within the European Union. • Strong communication skills and a passion for the retail (online & offline) industry. • Previous experience in customer-facing roles is considered a significant advantage. • Proficiency in computer systems and digital multitasking. • Ability to adapt to a remote work environment while remaining professional and goal-oriented.
