📋 Description
• Provide support to German-speaking customers regarding pet health, nutrition, and wellness products • Manage high-volume inquiries via phone, email, and live chat • Troubleshoot order issues and provide empathetic guidance to pet owners • Maintain detailed case records and documentation in internal CRM systems • Collaborate with international teams to optimize communication standards for German-speaking markets • Act as a brand ambassador for pet care products • Contribute to team targets and meet KPIs
🎯 Requirements
• Native or fluent German, spoken and written, strictly required • Valid EU passport or valid work permit allowing employment in Greece • Professional fluency in English for team communication and internal training • Passion for pet care and commitment to the customer support industry • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a remote-friendly environment based in Greece • Exceptional soft skills, patience, and a friendly tone when addressing customer concerns
