📋 Description
• Provide expert, high-touch support to German-speaking members regarding their fitness equipment, tracking applications, and wellness subscriptions • Guide users through the setup and troubleshooting of fitness wearables, sports apps, and health monitoring services • Provide personalized advice on training goals and wellness product features • Document customer interactions within the CRM system • Collaborate with international teams to optimize support workflows for German-speaking sports enthusiasts • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of fitness trends, wellness gadgets, and sports nutrition platforms • Achieve customer-satisfaction performance targets and KPIs within the fitness and sports sector
🎯 Requirements
• Native or fluent German, spoken and written, is mandatory • Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece • Genuine interest in the Fitness & Wellness industry and active living • Professional, empathetic communication skills suited for high-end sports and wellness clientele • Intermediate English level
