📋 Description

• Provide world-class customer support for Miele, the global leader in premium domestic appliances and consumer electronics • Assist customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring high satisfaction ratings in line with the brand's reputation • Troubleshoot technical inquiries related to sophisticated home appliances and consumer electronics • Advise customers on the unique features and maintenance of high-end equipment to enhance the user experience • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately within the internal CRM system • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of complex requests • Uphold the brand identity of Miele through every professional interaction

🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role • Fluency in German (spoken and written) to support our German-speaking clientele • Valid EU passport or work permit allowing residency and employment in Greece • A passion for high-end consumer electronics and technical problem solving • Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering a luxury-standard customer experience • Resilience and a proactive attitude towards professional development
