📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) for internal collaboration and reporting • Full professional proficiency in German to serve our client’s primary market • Valid EU passport (mandatory for employment in this role) • Exceptional passion for technology and the streaming platforms industry • Previous experience in customer service or a digital-first support environment • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote-friendly environment based in Greece
