📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for Food & Beverage clients, providing expert technical guidance on cloud-based platform operations. • Troubleshoot and resolve inquiries regarding digital menus, supply chain integration, and online ordering software. • Deliver premium customer service and maintain high satisfaction levels in a fast-paced Food & Beverage environment. • Document technical issues accurately within the CRM to improve cloud system performance for international restaurant partners. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline digital solutions for global Food & Beverage clients. • Maintain knowledge of industry trends to keep support relevant to the evolving Food & Beverage digital landscape.

🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent Spanish, spoken and written, is mandatory. • Strong command of English to interface with the international operations team. • Valid EU passport or work permit allowing residency and employment in Greece. • Previous Food & Beverage industry or digital customer support experience highly preferred. • Technical aptitude and passion for modernizing cloud-based hospitality solutions.
