🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written) • Valid EU passport (mandatory) • Strong interest in the automotive industry and high-end customer care • Professional communication skills with the ability to handle complex, high-value inquiries • High proficiency in English (for training and internal communication) • Previous experience in a customer-centric role is highly advantageous
