📋 Description

• Build a working financial model for an assigned consumer/leisure transaction from a synthetic deal document pack • Deliver an editable Excel workbook with live formulas, source references, and stated assumptions • Peer-review two anonymized models from other contractors against fixed criteria • Provide a short written rationale for each peer review and complete the review scorecard • Complete approximately 20–25 hours of work over 1.5–2 weeks • Work on projects training and enhancing AI systems using human expertise

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years total experience • Approximately 2 years of investment banking experience in Consumer/Retail or generalist M&A • 1–2 years in mid-market or large-cap private equity • Currently or recently an Associate at a mid-market or large-cap PE fund • Consumer/leisure/multi-site services focus preferred, including fitness clubs, owned vs. franchise, and multi-site roll-ups • Paris office or French deal experience preferred • Able to build a financial model from source documents without a template • English-speaking • Independent contractor status • Must be located in one of: Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, or the Netherlands • H-1B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported
