📋 Description

• Build a working financial model of an assigned consumer / leisure transaction from a synthetic deal document pack • Deliver an editable Excel workbook with live formulas, source references, and stated assumptions • Peer-review two anonymized models from other contractors against a fixed set of criteria • Provide a short written rationale for each peer review • Complete a review scorecard • Work on projects focused on training and enhancing AI systems

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years total experience • Approximately 2 years of investment banking experience in Consumer / Retail or generalist M&A, ideally in Paris, London, or elsewhere in Europe • 1–2 years in mid-market or large-cap private equity • Currently or recently an Associate at a mid-market or large-cap PE fund • Consumer / leisure / multi-site services focus preferred, including fitness clubs, owned vs. franchise, and multi-site roll-ups • Paris office or French deal experience preferred • Able to build a financial model from source documents without a template • English-speaking • Must be located in one of: Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, or the Netherlands • Independent contractor status • H1-B or STEM OPT candidates are not supported
