• Plan and execute the calendar of marketing activities exclusive to the partner channel. • Create and promote sales campaigns and incentive programs that encourage partners to generate new opportunities. • Strengthen relationships with strategic partners through planning meetings and joint initiatives. • Develop and implement marketing strategies, including social media, case study development, and online and offline events. • Manage the department budget, ensuring the best ROI for executed activities. • Monitor the results of each activity and adjust strategy based on funnel data. • Conduct mandatory training within the Mplayer development track and build your Individual Development Plan (IDP) through 1:1 meetings with leadership.
• Solid experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on B2B or Channel marketing. • Strategic thinking for scenario analysis and proposing improvements and new initiatives. • Ability to balance strategic and operational tasks. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., RD Station) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). • Proactive in managing own schedule and deadlines. • Previous experience in Channel Marketing or Partner Ecosystems. • Experience in the Software (SaaS) market or B2B companies. • Hands-on knowledge of Growth strategies and the sales funnel. • Knowledge of the Industry and Distribution market (our target personas).
