📋 Description

• Own the day-to-day health of our unit economics — turnover, costs, margin, and conversion across products. • Combine hands-on analytics with process ownership: monitoring the numbers, building the guardrails that keep margin within target, and connect cost-side data and data quality across teams. • Run regular monitoring of turnover, costs, profit, and conversion against target ranges — and progressively automate routine control. • Build and maintain margin governance: margin floors, a pre-launch profitability checklist, and a registry of approved exceptions. • Keep financial metrics within set targets and boundaries, and investigate when they drift. • Own ad-hoc requests that sit at the intersection of teams and turn recurring ones into systematic solutions. • Act as the single synchronisation point for cost-side data and data quality between teams. • Assess the impact of pricing and cost decisions on the profitability of a given channel or product. • Test and assess new hypotheses related to profitability and unit economics. • Keep related product documentation and reporting full and up-to-date.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Tech, or a related field. • 5+ years' experience in Analytics, Finance, or a related role in consulting / audit / fintech / product. • Ability to pull and work through analytics independently — confident with SQL and dashboards, you don't wait on someone else to get to the number. • Solid grasp of unit economics and the drivers behind costs, margin, and profit. • Strong business analysis skills and sharp, structured logic — you can break an ambiguous problem down to its root cause. • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple workstreams at once. • Proactive mindset and a problem-solving attitude. • Confident professional English — able to communicate fluently and clearly in both writing and conversation. • Experience in a transactional business (such as payments processing) is an advantage. • Experience in crypto industry is an advantage.
