📋 Description

• Manage the overall coordination, status reporting, financials, schedules and stability of project-oriented work efforts • Maintain status reports and project metrics and appropriately triage and categorize all incoming work • Interact significantly with project team members, vendors, finance personnel, and multiple functional or support departments • Develop, maintain and facilitate the usage of various datasets, databases and medical records systems necessary to facilitate study start-up • Support clinical research activities by serving as the primary resource for data acquisition, extraction, and management • Act as the key liaison between Mercy Technology Services, the Research - Enterprise Data and Analytics Office and Mercy Research

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years healthcare or clinical experience • High School Diploma or equivalent • Advanced degree or Bachelor's degree with a professional certification relevant to health project management preferred • 5 years of experience in business development with project management expertise in a healthcare environment preferred • Excellent communicator, both orally and in writing • Superior organizing and coordinating skills • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and manage complex relationships • Clinical research skills, understanding, and practice experience
