📋 Description
• Guest service (food and beverages) and explaining games to players • Player protection and conducting exclusion and counseling consultations • Operation of IT systems for gaming operations and billing • Inspection of gaming machines (including meter readings and minor repairs) • Preparation of reports and protocols • Supervision, scheduling and onboarding of staff in the gaming area • Administrative tasks (e.g., shift planning, reporting)

• Solid knowledge of gaming floor operations • Strong customer-service orientation • Ability to manage conflicts and make decisions • Willingness to work shifts • Strong organizational skills • Good German language skills
