Sunfire is an electrolysis specialist developing and manufacturing industrial-scale electrolyzers (AEL and SOEC) for green hydrogen production. The company supplies pressurized alkaline and solid-oxide electrolyzers and deploys P2X solutions for industrial customers such as refineries to support decarbonization and the energy transition. Sunfire focuses on engineering, production capacity scaling, and partnering with industry to enable large-scale green hydrogen adoption.

📋 Description

• Responsible for establishing, leading and optimizing the plant structure and production processes • Planning, organizing and controlling all projects and resources • Implementing a Lean management approach and working closely with partners • Driving strategy execution to secure the corporate strategy and supporting development projects • Ensuring technology standards and a DFMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly) approach in development projects

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering • Several years of professional experience in implementing and optimizing production sites and processes • Leadership experience in a production environment (ideally international) • Solid knowledge of manufacturing engineering, process optimization, automation and Lean management • Familiarity with IT tools such as MES, ERP and DMS • Strong team and communication skills • Fluent German and business‑fluent English (at least C1 level)
