• Execute marketing and sales initiatives within an assigned sales territory • Merchandise planning, implementing product listings, and optimizing product presentation • Independently and proactively manage assigned retail (grocery) and foodservice customers • Implement sales promotions and trade marketing activities • Develop new, long-term customer relationships • Prepare for and participate in trade fairs • Report on market developments
• Completed commercial/business vocational training or equivalent • Several years of experience in consumer goods sales or in the retail grocery sector • Goal-oriented, success-driven, and structured way of working • Good communication skills with strong customer and team orientation • High level of initiative and commitment • Confident user of MS Office • Residence ideally in the Magdeburg area • Willingness to travel, including overnight stays within the sales territory
