📋 Description

• As a Service Technician / Field Service Technician (m/f/d), you are our expert for the commissioning, maintenance and repair of entertainment and gaming machines • Our customers can rely on your technical expertise on site for all technical questions • Tasks include network technology work and the occasional handling of cash collections • Managing a dedicated customer base with digital work orders

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training in electronics, information technology or radio and television technology • Professional experience as a field service technician, ideally in the gaming/vending machine industry • Desirable knowledge in communications and network technology (Ethernet technology, cabling and components such as switches) • Outgoing, service-oriented personality combined with a responsible working style
