📋 Description

• Guest service (food and beverages) and explaining games • Player protection and conducting exclusion and counseling interviews • Operation of IT systems for gaming operations and accounting • Inspection of machines (including meter readings and minor repairs) • Preparation of reports and protocols • Leading, scheduling and onboarding staff in the slot machine hall • Administrative tasks (e.g. duty planning, reporting)
