📋 Description

• Guest service (drinks and food) and explaining games • Player protection and conducting exclusion and counseling interviews • Operation of IT systems for gaming operations and settlements • Inspection and maintenance of machines (including meter readings and minor repairs) • Preparation of reports and logs • Leadership, scheduling and onboarding of staff in the slot machine hall • Administrative tasks (e.g., shift planning, reporting)
