📋 Description

• Document complete cloud hosting systems, including capacity planning, software and instance type selection, allocation, and network design • Build systems by installing, configuring, and testing cloud resources • Use automation and configuration management to ensure repeatability and traceability of changes • Troubleshoot system hardware, software, networks, and operating systems • Implement access controls and monitoring tools to protect system integrity and security • Provide written evaluations and recommendations for ongoing improvement • Monitor and analyze systems and perform performance tuning • Maintain internal systems and customer deployment documentation • Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation, approximately one week on call and one week on backup per month • Respond to support tickets and incidents in accordance with SLA commitments • Update job knowledge through educational opportunities, professional publications, personal networks, and professional organizations

🎯 Requirements

• Read and agree to the Corporate Values Statement • Believe in the company mission: to help people • 2+ years of experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) • Advanced to fluent English communication skills • Additional experience with other cloud providers is a bonus • Familiarity with Linux system administration • Scripting language experience, preferably Python and Shell • Deep knowledge of TCP/IP and HTTP protocols • Experience with web accelerators, load balancers, reverse proxies, and CDNs • Ability to solve problems and work in an agile, fast-paced environment • Customer-oriented with good communication skills • Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation, approximately one shift per month • AWS certifications are nice to have, or willingness to obtain certification • Interest in Generative AI technologies • Some experience with Windows system administration • Must reside in Brazil • Must be legally able to work without visa sponsorship • Resume must be submitted in English as a PDF
