âą Provides Tier 1 support for MERS-related applications, including troubleshooting issues âą Assisting clients with system navigation âą Escalating complex cases when necessary âą Completes MERS Annual Reviews as a third-party auditor, ensuring accuracy and compliance within required timeframes âą Collaborates with MERS members to ensure monthly data reconciliation standards are met using the mintrak2 system âą Monitors and responds to client requests via the MERS Services email box, providing timely resolutions for application support inquiries âą Maintains up-to-date knowledge of process and regulatory changes, as well as MERS guidelines related to MERS requirements âą Identifies gaps in member processing and provide recommendations to correct deficiencies related to MERS compliance âą Assists with onboarding and implementation of new clients, including initial application setup and troubleshooting âą Supports monthly client reporting needs, reviews for discrepancies, and ensuring data accuracy and compliance
âą High school diploma or GED âą 3+ years of experience in mortgage loan processing, servicing, or application support âą Strong knowledge of MERS compliance requirements âą Previous experience in Tier 1 support, application troubleshooting, or a technology-related field preferred âą Experience working with large data sets and performing data reconciliation âą Ability to read and interpret documents such as company policies âą Ability to write reports and client correspondence âą Previous experience working with clients/customers in a support or service role âą Excellent communication skills across all levels of staff âą Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel and Word
