📋 Description

• You take on both disciplinary and technical leadership and consistently promote a goal- and solution-oriented working culture • You are responsible for the strategic build-up and scaling of our service organization, including defining efficient international processes and locations • Structuring and managing our support levels (1st to 3rd level), as well as ensuring and further developing our Service Level Agreements (SLAs), are in your remit • You use data-driven reporting and analyses of operational KPIs to derive targeted measures for continuous process optimization • With foresight, you drive digital transformation by continuously developing our internal systems and our ticketing system • You manage the expectations of different customer groups — from facility managers to asset managers — across the entire building lifecycle • In critical incidents or complaints, you act confidently in escalation management and find sustainable solutions

🎯 Requirements

• You have a solid technical understanding of building services engineering (TGA/HVAC), measurement, control and regulation (MSR) technology, and building automation • Knowledge of thermodynamics and an affinity for modern IoT technologies (especially LoRaWAN) characterize your profile • You have a strong IT and transformation affinity and a quick grasp of complex interrelationships • Your working style is characterized by high independence, structure and a pronounced sense of responsibility • You are able to present and explain complex technical issues in a clear and understandable way for non-specialists • Confident presence in management meetings and client presentations is a given for you • You are a strong communicator in German and English (spoken and written) and combine customer orientation with assertiveness
