📋 Description

• Own relationships with key 2-tier distributors • Drive alignment, enablement, and execution across the partner lifecycle • Build and scale partner programs and operational infrastructure • Help close deals by connecting distributors and downstream resellers • Develop and execute joint business plans with distributors

🎯 Requirements

• Deep knowledge and experience in channel, distribution, or alliances • Exposure to major distributors like TD Synnex, Exclusive Networks, Westcon, Arrow, Ingram Micro, Scansource and Carahsoft • Comfortable in high-growth infrastructure companies • Background in networking, IT infrastructure or enterprise security • Strong operational skills, run QBRs, onboard new partners, manage MDF • Ability to influence without authority and collaborate with various stakeholders • Expertise in CRM, PRM, & channel management tools (Salesforce, Crossbeam, etc)
