📋 Description

• Remote management and supervision of all project stages: foundations, structural work, building systems, HVAC, finishing work, and final handover to the client, nationwide • Monitoring and control of detailed schedules, risk analysis, and proposal of corrective action plans • Conducting periodic technical inspections, including photographic and technical reports • Recording nonconformities, physical progress, and outstanding construction items • Document management for designs, contracts, progress measurements, meeting minutes, and field records • Controlling deadlines, costs, and quality to ensure compliance with the contracted scope • Liaising with engineering, procurement, and planning teams • Applying Lean Construction planning methodologies • Coordinating suppliers and construction companies • Participating in on-site and remote meetings with clients, designers, and construction companies • Ensuring good construction practices, occupational safety, and quality in accordance with applicable ABNT and NR standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office • Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit for project visualization • Availability to work outside regular business hours • Experience managing construction projects in the retail sector is a plus
