📋 Description

• ✅ Prepare PPCI Legal (Fire Prevention and Protection Project) in accordance with the regulations and technical instructions of each state Fire Department. • ✅ Review architectural and complementary drawings to implement fire safety requirements. • ✅ Compile, organize, and submit complete PPCI approval packages to the Fire Department, including: graphical drawings, technical reports and forms, ART/RRT (professional responsibility registrations), and required legal documentation. • ✅ Manage processes for obtaining and renewing AVCB / CLCB certificates, monitoring requirements and technical opinions. • ✅ Respond to requirements, notifications, and communications, proposing technically viable solutions that comply with legislation. • ✅ Liaise directly with the Fire Department, designers, engineers, architects, and internal departments. • ✅ Support technical-legal feasibility studies related to fire protection for new projects, expansions, or regularizations. • ✅ Track deadlines, statuses, and schedules for approval processes nationwide.

🎯 Requirements

• 🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urbanism, Civil Engineering, Safety Engineering, or related fields. • 🔹 Proven experience preparing PPCI Legal and obtaining approvals from the Fire Department. • 🔹 Solid knowledge of state regulations and technical instructions for fire protection. • 🔹 Ability to interpret and coordinate architectural and technical drawings. • 🔹 Organizational skills, autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent processes across different states.
