📋 Description

• Assess, optimize, and provide strategic guidance for ManageEngine environment. • Evaluate current configurations and identify gaps. • Deliver recommendations to leverage ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus (SDP), Endpoint Central, and upcoming CMDB and Change Management capabilities. • Conduct a comprehensive review of the existing ManageEngine deployment. • Assess current usage and configuration of Endpoint Central, ServiceDesk Plus (SDP), and planned CMDB and Change Management modules. • Provide guidance on maximizing SDP value and adoption. • Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand operational pain points and business goals. • Deliverables include assessment report, configuration gaps and risks, optimization recommendations, and a roadmap for improving usage and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience implementing, administering, or consulting on ManageEngine platforms. • Strong hands-on expertise with ServiceDesk Plus (SDP) and Endpoint Central. • Experience configuring or optimizing CMDB and Change Management modules. • Deep understanding of ITSM processes (incident, problem, change, asset, and service management). • Experience assessing legacy or under-optimized ManageEngine environments. • Ability to quickly evaluate complex workflows and recommend practical improvements. • Strong documentation, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
