📋 Description

• Lead the integrated planning function for a high growth business division, Hestan Culinary • Own both demand forecasting and supply planning, ensuring alignment between commercial plans and operational execution • Drive forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, and service levels by connecting Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance • Lead the S&OP/IBP process, builds scalable planning capabilities, and manages a growing team • Own the end-to-end demand forecasting process across all channels (eCommerce, retail, wholesale) • Develop and maintain short- and long-term forecasts using historical data, trends, and market insights • Manage inventory health, including excess, obsolescence, and stockout risk

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or integrated business planning • Experience in consumer goods, retail, or eCommerce (durable goods like cookware preferred) • Proven track record leading S&OP/IBP processes • Strong understanding of both forecasting and supply/inventory planning • Experience with planning systems (e.g., SAP IBP, Oracle, Anaplan, NetSuite, or similar) • Demonstrated experience managing and developing teams • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
