📋 Description

• Lead the integrated planning function for Hestan Culinary • Own the end-to-end demand forecasting process across all channels • Develop and maintain short- and long-term forecasts using historical data, trends, and market insights • Lead a continuous improvement program for forecast accuracy • Own supply planning to ensure product availability while optimizing inventory levels • Manage inventory health, including excess, obsolescence, and stockout risk • Lead the monthly S&OP/IBP process, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, and financial plans • Partner with Marketing and Sales to incorporate promotions and product launches into forecasts • Own and optimize planning tools (ERP, demand planning, supply planning, BI platforms)

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or integrated business planning • Experience in consumer goods, retail, or eCommerce (durable goods like cookware preferred) • Proven track record leading S&OP/IBP processes • Strong understanding of both forecasting and supply/inventory planning • Experience with planning systems (e.g., SAP IBP, Oracle, Anaplan, NetSuite, or similar) • Demonstrated experience managing and developing teams • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
