📋 Description
• Provide high-level technical support for the MGID system • Provide technical support via chat and email • Investigate and solve issues related to different products • Debug and troubleshoot integrations • Prepare and run database queries • Design widgets
🎯 Requirements
• Expertise with Linux shell • Expertise with MySQL • Experience with bug tracking systems such as YouTrack and Jira • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript • Knowledge of REST API • Any programming language is a plus • Intermediate+ English level • Native Ukrainian
