• Support the Legal Department with administrative and operational tasks, including translations, document formatting, template maintenance, internal request coordination, and daily administrative needs • Assist with preparation, organization, filing, and maintenance of legal documents, files, correspondence, and supporting materials • Prepare basic drafts, template-based documents, simple amendments, powers of attorney, internal forms, and other routine legal materials under lawyer supervision • Provide technical and administrative support for contract approval and signing processes • Create and track approval requests, coordinate comments and approvals, prepare documents for signature, and follow up with stakeholders • Monitor contract approval and signing status and ensure required approvals are documented • Upload signed contracts and supporting documents, maintain contract records, and ensure final versions are stored and accessible • Track contract statuses, renewal and expiration dates, responsible owners, approval history, and signed-version availability • Maintain contract repositories, trackers, internal legal databases, templates, policies, instructions, and process materials • Assist with updating internal policies, procedures, guidelines, and legal process documentation under lawyer supervision • Prepare legal summaries, internal notes, basic memorandums, status updates, and reports • Track documents, follow up on pending legal requests, and coordinate with business teams • Identify and escalate basic legal, documentation, approval, or process-related risks
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law • At least one year of relevant professional experience • Ability to translate complex legal requirements into clear, practical guidance for stakeholders • Strong attention to detail and a structured, organized approach to work • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Ability to collaborate across time zones • Excellent written and verbal communication • Ukrainian proficiency: Fluent • English proficiency: Advanced
